These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Comment Pilot ("Comment Pilot", "we", "us", or "our") and any related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. About Comment Pilot

Comment Pilot helps users beautify their comments before posting. The Services may include tools to draft, edit, improve, or prepare comment text using user-provided input and connected account features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts And Authentication

You may need to create an account or sign in using a supported third-party provider, such as Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party terms, including platform rules and community guidelines.

You retain responsibility for any text, comments, prompts, or other content you submit through the Services ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and posting any final comment.

By using the Services, you represent that you have the rights necessary to submit User Content and that your use of the Services complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

6. AI-Assisted Features

Some features of the Services use artificial intelligence to suggest or improve comment text. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You must review all output before use.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated suggestions will meet your expectations, comply with platform policies, or achieve any particular result.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms and providers, including Google and YouTube. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, branding, and documentation, are owned by Comment Pilot or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Services.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comment Pilot and its owners, operators, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Comment Pilot and its owners, operators, affiliates, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if continued access could create risk or liability.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Comment Pilot operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.
